1. Shipping and Delivery Information
Standard shipping is included in the final checkout price. Standard shipping is for 5-7 Business day delivery. Expedited shipping is an additional $8 for 3-4 Business day delivery. Overnight shipping is $65. Please be aware that we cannot issued refunds for shipping costs.

Alaska and Hawaii shipping $15.95

We ship to APO/FPO addresses via the United States Postal Service. An additional charge of $15.95 will apply.

We apologize, cannot ship to Canada or Puerto Rico.


2. Shipping Cut Off Times
All orders placed before 12:00 PM MST are shipped the same business day.


3. Saturday Shipping
All orders placed after 12PM MST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. If you need expedited Saturday shipping, please call us at 1-866-666-4584 for rates and availability.


4. Sales Tax
Sales tax is not charged except for orders shipped to an address in the state of Utah. Utah orders will be charged applicable sales tax.


5. Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Debit Cards, PayPal, Google Checkout. 

6. Money Orders or Cashiers Checks: We apologize, we do not accept checks or money orders for payment.

COD: We apologize, we do not do COD's.


7. Warranties
Every bottle of TAHITIAN NONI® is covered by Tahitian Noni International manufacture's warranty. Any defective item should be returned directly to 1-866NoniJuice.com. Please call Customer Service at 1.866.NONI.JUICE (1-866-666-4584) if you have any concerns or questions about your shipment.


Auto Delivery

Auto Delivery is an option offered at the time of checkout.
Choosing Auto Delivery at checkout saves you money! In the past, we used to offer buy 6 get the 7th box free. While unfortunately we had to discontinue this promotion,  the savings per box on autoship is still significant! If you have any questions about our old buy 6 get the 7th free promotion, please email or call us.




What if a is bottle broken during shipment?
TAHITIAN NONI® is bottled in glass bottles. Sometimes the shipper will break a bottle in transit. The shipper usually notifies us when this happens, and we will immediately ship you a new box. If your order is delivered with a broken bottle, please call us and we will arrange for the shipper to pickup the broken bottle and box and we will send replacement to you. We apologize for any inconveniences and ask for your understanding considering the inherent risk of shipping glass bottles.

How do I know my order has been placed?
After an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all order details for your records. Please be sure to enter a valid email address in order to get your order confirmation. Please see privacy policy for more information about how we protect your privacy. If you do not see an email receipt from us, please check your spam folder, or call Customer Service at 1.866.NONI.JUICE (1-866-666-4584) to confirm you order was placed correctly. We do not mail receipts.

How can I check the status of my order?
You can track you order online. We will automatically send you an email with 24 hours after the order is placed that contains your shipment tracking number. By following the instructions in that emai (or by simply clicking on the tracking number in the email) you can track your shipment online. When should I expect my order to be delivered?
All standard shipping packages will be delivered within 5-7 business days. When orders are placed after 12 PM MST, count the shipping days starting the next business day. We ship from Provo, Utah.

Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
Yes, you may cancel an order for any reason. If the shipment has already left our warehouse, or you have already received your shipment, you may return it within 60 days of receipt for a refund minus a $15.95 restock fee. Customer is responsible for returning shipment. To setup a return, please call Customer Service at 1.866.NONI.JUICE (1-866-666-4584). A manager will contact you.

Do you have a printed catalog?
You can request a printed catalog offering all TAHITIAN NONI® products. Please call Customer Service at 1.866.NONI.JUICE (1-866-666-4584).

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses via the United States Postal Service. An additional charge of $15.95 will apply.

Do you ship outside the United States?
No. Currently we can only ship to addresses in the United States.

Is there an extra charge for Alaska and Hawaii orders?
Yes. All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii require an additional shipping charge of $15.95, automatically added to the order.
