Shipping and Delivery Information
All purchases over $40 qualify for FREE 5-7 business day shipping. Expedited shipping, confirmed delivery within 3-4 business days is an additional $8. Rates for faster delivery are available upon request.
Orders placed by 12:00pm mountain time are shipped the same business day. There are no quantity limits on Free Ground Shipping.
We ship to APO/FPO addresses via the United States Postal Service. An additional charge of $15.95 will apply.
We apologize, cannot ship to Canada or Puerto Rico.

Every bottle of TAHITIAN NONI® Juice is covered by Tahitian Noni International manufacture's warranty. Any defective item should be returned. directly to 1-866NoniJuice.com. We will ship immediately ship you a replacement. Please call us to obtain instructions on how to do so.
What if a is bottle broken during shipment?
Tahitian Noni Juice is bottled in glass bottles. Although very rare, sometimes the shipper will accidentally break a bottle in transit. We generally are notified by the shipper when this happens, and we will immediately ship a new box. If your order is delivered with a broken bottle, please call us and we will arrange for the shipper to pickup the broken bottle and box. We will immediately ship you a replacement.
How do I know my order has been placed?
Once an order is placed, we you will instantly recieve an order confirmation email. This email will have all order details, and an order number for your records. Please reference this order number if you have any questions. If you would like a receipt, please be sure to enter a valid email address. We will automatically send you an email with 24 hours after the order is placed that contains a tracking number. By following the instructions in that email, you can track your shipment online. When should I expect my order to be delivered?
All free shipping packages will be delivered within 5-7 business days. When orders are placed after 12 PM MST, expedited shipping days start the following business day. We ship from Provo, Utah.
Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
Yes, you can cancel an order, at any time for any reason. If have already received shipment of your order, you may return it within 60 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Yes. All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped via 2nd Day Air. There will be a charge of $15.95 added to the order.
